EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN
Mr Yukio Fujimoto
Mr Yukio Fujimoto is the Executive Chairman of SQA Builders Sdn Bhd since its incorporation. He graduated from The University Of Waseda with a Degree in Architecture in 1967. He has 55 years of working experience in construction, mainly in a Japanese company namely Satokogyo Co. Ltd., which is one of the leading general contractors in Japan and holds a 1st class Architect license.
During the 55 years of his engagement, Mr Fujimoto handled many projects in Malaysia as well as overseas e.g. Singapore, Iran, Saudi Arabia. In Malaysia, he was the General Manager of Sato Kogyo (M) Sdn Bhd. (a subsidiary of Satokogyo Co. Ltd. with a yearly turnover of approximately RM400 Million) wholly in charge of various projects since 1973.
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mr Sum Kong Meng
Mr Sum Kong Meng is the Managing Director. He has over 30 years of working experience in construction. His involvement mainly in co-ordinating project work between SQA Builders Sdn Bhd, consultant engineers, architects, sub-contractors and suppliers. Mr Sum specialises in marketing and costing.
He was involved in major projects such as The Japanese School in Subang Jaya, Saujana Villa Condominium in Subang, SEH, Shah Alam, Shin Etsu, Shah Alam, Piling & Substrcuture work at Phileo Damansara, Kobe Copper in Shah Alam, kit home bungalows in Diamond Creeks, Ulu Behrang, Perak, Diamond Puteri Hotel in Kelantan, 492 units of Apartment in Penang, Club House in Tanjung Malim and other projects.
